Tiësto announces the launch of “Tiësto’s Club Life College Invasion Tour,” the largest dance music tour to ever hit the American college market. Tiësto will headline the two-week tour this Fall with stops at campuses across the United States and Canada.

“Tiësto’s Club Life College Invasion Tour” offers a new generation of fans the opportunity to witness one of the most legendary experiences in today’s live music world.

“I’m very excited to announce my College Invasion Tour,” Tiësto says. “It provides a way for me to bring my show to new parts of the continent and to a new generation of music fans. American and Canadian college students have always played an important role in the development of musical acts and genres. I hope that this tour helps to establish dance music in the same way.”

In conjunction with the college tour, Tiësto is launching two unparalleled contests for his fans. The first is a remix contest offering fans the chance to remix Tiësto’s hit track “Work Hard, Play Hard.” The winning remix will be released on Tiësto’s own Musical Freedom label and the winner will have a chance to open for Tiësto during the College Invasion Tour. The second contest will give one lucky fan the chance for Tiësto to attend his or her house party by competing with fans from college campuses across the country.

Introducing: Dani Deahl

Few in electronic music do as much as Chicago’s Dani Deahl. Counting credits as a DJ, producer, journalist and blogger, Dani’s reach within electro is all encompassing. She’s produced a Billboard charted track, interviewed heavyweights like David Guetta and Tiga for national publications, played Lollapalooza three times and currently runs a successful blog.

Born and raised in the city that invented house music, Dani was drawn to the genre at an early age, becoming a DJ and landing her first residencies while still in high school. Since then, she’s expanded into production and quickly made her mark. Dani hasn’t just made her mark with music, but is an established writer as well. Since then, she’s also written for Chinashop (Red Bull’s magazine), TimeOut, Mateo, BPM and more, interviewing the top artists in the world, reviewing albums and singles and writing feature articles. Dani also began her own blog, dsquared, in 2009.
